Every order is paid in cryptocurrency and held in escrow until you confirm you got what you paid for. There are no card fees and no bank details to share.

How paying works
- Place your order and pick a coin. You get a payment address made only for that order.
- Send the exact amount shown, in one transaction, within 20 minutes. The price is locked for that time, so market swings don't affect you.
- The order updates by itself once the network confirms. The seller is told the moment your payment is secured in escrow.
- The seller is only paid when you press I received my item, or 3 days after delivery if you do nothing.
Don't have crypto yet?
Buy Bitcoin or Litecoin in any exchange or wallet app you trust, then send it from there to your order's address. Most apps let you paste the address and amount, or scan the QR code.
- Buy a little more than the order total: the app you send from adds its own network fee.
- For small orders Litecoin is usually cheapest and fastest.
- Never send crypto to anyone who messages you directly. Only pay to the address on your order page on vaultly.lol.
Why crypto only?
Crypto lets us hold every payment in escrow without card chargebacks or bank details changing hands, and keeps fees low for buyers and sellers. Buyers pay the listed price and nothing more; sellers pay a 5% fee only when an order completes.
Refunds
If a seller doesn't deliver, open a dispute from your order page before confirming. The payment is frozen and a moderator reviews it. Refunds are sent back in the coin you paid with. Full details are in the Refund & Dispute Policy.
