Frequently asked questions
What happens if the seller never delivers?
Your payment stays in escrow. Call a moderator from the order chat or open a dispute; if the seller can't show they delivered, the payment is refunded to you.
When exactly does the seller get paid?
Only when you press “I received my item”, when a moderator decides a dispute in the seller's favour, or automatically 3 days after the seller marks the order delivered if you take no action. Opening a dispute stops the automatic release.
Which coins can I pay with?
Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, USDT (ERC-20) and Solana. The crypto amount is locked when you place the order, so price swings during those 20 minutes don't affect you.
I sent less than the full amount. What now?
Underpayments are held rather than released, so the seller is never paid for a partial amount. Open a support ticket with your transaction ID and we'll help.
How much does it cost?
Buying is free — you pay the listed price. Sellers pay a 5% commission, taken only when an order completes. There's no fee on refunds.
How do I contact a real person?
Use “Call moderator” inside any order chat, or open a ticket on the support page. Moderators reply in the same chat.
Is buying accounts safe?
Accounts carry more risk than items because the original owner may try to recover them. Change every password and recovery detail immediately and read our trading rules. Buying or selling may also go against the game publisher's own terms.
